The members of the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors have decided to adjourn the meetings of Audit Committee and Board of Directors respectively on Friday 30th May 2025 interalia to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Half Year and Year ended 31st March 2025. Consequently the trading window shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the Half Year and Year ended 31st March 2025.
