The Board at its Meeting held today decided to hold the 37th Annual General Meeting on Thursday the 10th September2026 at 11:30AM through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means (OVAM) and approved the Notice calling the Annual General Meeting.

The Board at its meeting has inter alia (i)Approved the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report by the Auditors for the Quarter ended 30th June 2026 which have been duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee.(ii)The Board approved the proposal for alteration of the Main Objects Clause.(iii)The Board proposed and considered to adopt a new name.(iv)Decided to hold the 37th AGM on Thursday the 10th September 2026 at 11.30 A.M. through VC and approved its Notice.(v)Decided to Close the Register of Member and Share transfer books from Friday the 4th September 2026 to Thursday the 10th September 2026 both days inclusive. (vi)The Record date and fixed cut off date for E-voting will be Thursday the 3rd September 2026.The remote e-voting will start on Monday 7th September 2026 at 9:00 A.M. and end on Wednesday the 9th September 2026 at 5.00 P.M(viii)Appointed Mr. Satyaki Praharaj as scrutinizer to conduct the E-voting process of AGM .
