Dear Sir/Madam In compliance with the requirements of Regulations 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we hereby enclose the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Segment Report of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 30th June 2026 duly recommended by the Audit Committee and subsequently considered and approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on Thursday 13th August2026. Further the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors on the aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results is enclosed herewith. Apart from the above the Board of Directors has approved/noted the following matters: 1. Resignation of Mr. Pravin Nagarji Naik (DIN: 09388334) Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director of the Company with effect from 13th August 2026. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 03.30 P.M and concluded at 05:00 P.M.
