Venus Pipes & Tubes Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/09/2026 inter alia to consider and approve With respect to the subject above mentioned we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday September 16 2026 inter alia to consider fund raising by way of issue of Equity Shares through Preferential Issue Private Placement or combination thereof as may be permitted under applicable laws subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required including the approval of the shareholders of the Company. The Board would also consider any other related matters including convening an extra ordinary general meeting to seek approval of the shareholders in respect of the aforesaid proposal of fund raising as required.
