Pursuant to Regulations 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held today i.e. 13th August 2026 has approved Standalone Un-audited Financial statement for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 together with the Limited Review Report.

In furtherance to the intimation dated 08.08.2026 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI LODR Regulations) we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held today i.e. on Thursday 13th August 2026 inter-alia considered and approved: 1) Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2026 together with Auditors Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditor(s) in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI LODR Regulations. The same were also reviewed by the Audit Committee at its meeting held today. A copy of the aforesaid Un-Audited Financial Results along with Auditors Limited Review Report with unmodified opinions on the aforesaid Un-Audited Financial Results is enclosed herewith as Annexure-I

We wish to inform you that Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. 13th June 2026 has approved the re-appointment of Suraj Rajput & Co. (FRN: 028362c) as Internal Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2026-27 and also approved the re-appointment of Aditya Sharma as Non Executive Independent Director for the term of five years subject to approval of shareholders of the company
