Pursuant to Regulation 30 & 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended (referred to as the SEBI Listing Regulations) we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors in the circular resolution passed today has considered and approved the following agenda: 1. Appointment of Mrs. Sandhiya Balamurgan (DIN: 11856567) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 30th July 2026. The term of her appointment as an Independent Director will be for a period of 5 years and the appointment is subject to the approval of shareholders. 2. This is in furtherance to the Companys earlier intimation dated July 27 2026 wherein it was informed that the 30th AGM of the Members of E-Land Apparels Limited was scheduled to be held on Thursday August 20 2026. The Board has decided to re-schedule the AGM to a later date.
