Proposal for raising of funds by way of issuance of 2390000 Equity Warrants having face value ?10 each (Warrants) aggregating up to ?23900000/- on a preferential basis (Preferential Issue) to Promoter and Non-promoter/Public Category of the company in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018 as amended (SEBI ICDR Regulations) and other applicable laws at such price as will be determined in accordance with the SEBI ICDR Regulations and other applicable regulation if any and subject to the approval of regulatory/statutory authorities as applicable and the approval of shareholders of the Company.
