Popees Baby Care India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/09/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday September 22 2026 inter alia to consider and approve the proposal for raising of funds by way of issuance of securities on a preferential basis/through private placement pursuant to a Share Swap Arrangement for consideration other than cash subject to such terms and conditions as may be approved by the Board and applicable statutory and regulatory approvals.
