Indo Cotspin Ltd Share Price

The details of securities dematerialized/rematerialized during the quarter ended 31st March 2026 as required under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 have been received from Registrar and Share Transfer Agent and furnished to all Stock Exchanges where the shares of the Company are listed.

The Listed entity (Indo Cotspin Limited) is claiming exemption under Regulation 15(2) of the chapter IV of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as the Paid-up Equity share capital of the Company is less than Rs. 10 Crores i.e. INR 71408500.00/- (Rupees Seven crore fourteen lakh eight thousand five hundred Only) and the Net worth is less than Rs. 25 Crores i.e. INR 72508315.87/- (Rupees Seven crore twenty-five lakh eight thousand three hundred fifteen and eighty-seven paise only) which is not exceeding the limits as specified above.

This is with reference to SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November 2018. In this connection we would like to inform you that our Company Indo Cotspin Limited does not fall in the category of Large Entities as on year ended 31st March 2026 as per the applicability framework provided in the aforesaid circular.
