Approval of the appointment of Mrs. Anuradha Mookerjee (DIN: 10174271) as an Independent Director of the Company for a consecutive term of five (5) years commencing from 8th August 2026 and ending on 7th August 2031 In compliance of the various circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs the Postal Ballot Notice is being sent in electronic mode to only those Members whose names appear on the Register of Members/List of Beneficial Owners as on Friday 4th September 2026 (Cut-Off Date).
