The Board of Directors of Bhavik Enterprises Limited in its Board Meeting held today i.e. 23.07.2026 have inter alia considered and approved the following: 1. Secretarial Audit Report of the Company for the FY 2025-26 received from M/s JPS & Associates Practising Company Secretaries Firm Jaipur. 2. Approval of the Board Report along with necessary Annexures for the financial year ended 31st March 2026. 3. Recommendation of appointment of M/s JPS & Associates Practicing Company Secretaries Firm Jaipur as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for five consecutive Financial years commencing from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31 subject to the approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. 4. The agenda item pertaining to the convening of the Annual General Meeting was deferred and shall be considered at the next Board Meeting.

Recommendation of appointment of M/s JPS & Associates Practising Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a term of Five Years from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31 subject to approval of shareholders in ensuing AGM
