Further the aforesaid shifting of the Registered Office from the jurisdiction of the Registrar of Companies Mumbai (ROC Mumbai) to the Registrar of Companies Jaipur (ROC Jaipur) has been approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs pursuant to the issuance of the Certificate of Registration of the Regional Directors Order for change of State dated March 26 2026.
