Please find enclosed the voting results (remote e-voting and e-voting at the Annual General Meeting) and Scrutinizers Report on the Resolutions passed by the Members at the 39th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Monday 31st August 2026 at 11:30 A.M. through Video Conference (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). All the Resolutions were passed with requisite majority.
