Galaxy Agrico Exports Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/08/2026 inter alia to consider and approve 1. To consider and approve the proposal for sub-division / split of the existing Equity Shares of the Company having face value of ?10/- (Rupees Ten only) each into Equity Shares having face value of ?1/- (Rupee One only) each subject to approval of the Members of the Company and such other approvals consents and permissions as may be required. 2. To consider and approve consequential amendments if any to the Memorandum of Association of the Company in relation to the authorised share capital consequent upon the proposed sub-division / split of equity shares. 3. To consider and approve the alteration of the Capital Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company subject to the approval of the Members. 4. To consider and approve such other matters as may be incidental and necessary in connection with the aforesaid proposal.
