The Board further deliberated on the various fund-raising options available to the Company including issuance of equity shares by way of preferential issue and/or rights issue. After detailed discussions the Board was of the view that certain aspects require further evaluation and accordingly decided to place the matter for consideration and approval in a subsequent meeting of the Board of Directors subject to applicable regulatory approvals and compliance with relevant laws.
