In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations we wish to inform you that Ms. Laxmi Mandal (DIN: 05287716) has resigned from the post of Independent Director of the Company with effect from 12th August 2026. The detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 read with Para A(7B) of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 is given in Annexure A. Further the Company has received confirmation from Ms. Laxmi Mandal (DIN: 05287716) that there are no material reasons for her resignation other than those mentioned in her resignation letter dated 12th August 2026. A copy of the resignation letter as received from Ms. Laxmi Mandal (DIN: 05287716) is enclosed as Annexure B. You are requested to kindly take the same on your record.

The disclosure as required under Regulation 30 read with Para A(7B) of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 is already submitted to the stock exchanges. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 03:30 P.M. and concluded at 04:30 P.M.
