Pursuant to the provisions of Reg. 30(6) of the SEBI (LODR) Reg. 2015 we would like to inform you that at the meeting of Board of Directors of M/s Phyto Chem (India) Limited held on 13-08-26 the Board has approved inter-alia the following items: 1. Approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the 1st Quarter ended 30-06-26. 2. Approved the re-appointment of M/s R. B. Associates. Chartered Accountants as the Internal Auditors of the Company for the F.Y. 2026-27. 3. Approved the Directors Report and Report on Corporate Governance Notice and Appointment of Scrutinizer for the F.Y. 2025-26. 4. Approved the Date and Venue Dates for Book Closure and cut off dates and e-voting system for 37th AGM of the Company. 5. Approved to lease out spare manufacturing facilities for effective utilisation. The details required under Reg. 30 of the LODR read with as per SEBI Circular are provided in Annexure-A to this letter.

In Furtherance to the Board meeting notice dt:06-08-2026 we wish to inform you that at the meeting of Board of Directors of M/s.Phyto Chem (India) Limited held today i.e. on 13-08-2026 the Board has inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended 30-06-2026. The said Unaudited Financial Results for reviewed by the Audit Committee and thereafter approved by the Board. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 statement showing the Unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended on 30-06-2026 along with the Limited Review Report issued by the statutory auditors is attached herewith.
