We hereby inform you that as per Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors of the Company at their board meeting held today i.e. Tuesday 4th August 2026 has inter-alia considered and approved the following items: 1. The Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June 2026. The Financial Results have been subject to limited review by M/s. K.C. Mehta & Co. LLP Statutory Auditor of the Company. A copy of said Financial Results and Limited Review Report issued by the Auditors is enclosed herewith. 2. The Related Party Transaction to be held with M/s. Metal Perforation Private Limited. The Transaction approved by Audit Committee and Board of Directors for the Lease of Land is to be done at arms length Basis.

In Terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 4th August 2026 had considered and approved the unaudited financial results for Quarter ended 30th June 2026. Attached : Financial Results and Limited Review Report
