The Un-Audited Financial Results (Both Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the first quarter and Three Months ended on June 30 2026 (copies attached) pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 along with the Limited Review Reports thereon. The said financial results are duly reviewed by the Statutory Auditors of the Company the copies of the Limited Review Reports are also attached herewith as for your reference and record.
