Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 read with the applicable SEBI Circulars we hereby inform that the Company has received a show cause notice dated July 29 2026 from the office of Principal Commissioner of Customs ICD PPG & other ICDs Delhi. The notice pertains to the classification of certain goods imported by the Company during the FY 2022-23 and FY 2023-24 and has proposed a differential custom duty demand of approximately Rs. 6.72 Crore excluding applicable interest and penalty arising from a difference in the interpretation of custom tariff classification. Notice is at a preliminary stage; no final determination made. The Company believes its imports followed bona fide understanding of classification and is seeking legal/ technical advise. Detailed response to be filed within the timeline. No immediate operational impact expected. Financial implications if any to be determined post-adjudication as per applicable law. Annexure A is enclosed.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we inform that the Company has received Demand cum Show Cause Notice No. 29/PC/2026-27 dated July 29 2026 from the office of the Principal Commissioner of Customs ICD PPG & other ICDs Delhi. The notice received on July 30 2026 was inadvertently routed to Spam and came to Notice on August 03 2026 hence this disclosure on the same date. Reply is due within 30 days. Details are enclosed as Annexure-A.
