Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company by resolutions passed through circulation on July 01 2026 approved the appointment of Ms. Uttara Chintan Parikh (DIN: 02334342) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent) w.e.f. July 01 2026 subject to shareholders approval. The Board has also approved the reconstitution of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Stakeholders Relationship Committee in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and the SEBI Listing Regulations.

We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has by way of a Circular Resolution passed on July 01 2026 approved the reconstitution of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Stakeholders Relationship Committee with effect from July 01 2026 in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 (read with Para A Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time the Company has appointed Ms. Uttara Chintan Parikh (DIN: 02334342) as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director with effect from July 01 2026 subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
