With reference to the above captioned subject we wish to intimate your esteemed exchange that as decided in the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. on May 28 2026 for which intimation was already given to you the Board of Directors has: 1. considered and approved the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company along with Auditors Report for the half year and financial year ended March 31 2026; 2. taken note of Internal Audit Report for the half year ended March 31 2026; 3. taken note of related party transactions during the year ended March 31 2026 and approved the estimated related party transactions to be held for FY 2026-27.
