Statement of Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2026 along with Auditors Report

Further to our letter dated 0202B/CMRL/2026/020 dated May 272026we would like to inform you that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) Kochi has conducted simultaneous raid at office of the company at Aluva and at the residence of the senior officials on May 272026.

The Board of directors has approved the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the company for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2026 along with Audit Report. The Board of directors recommended final dividend of 80%(Rs.8/-per equity share of Rs.10/-paid up)Subject to approval of the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Rajesh Jacob as a Nominee Director of the company with effect from 28th may2026 subject to the approval of shareholders. The board of directors approved the continuation of Mr. Mathew M cherian who will attain the age of 75 years on 07th September2026 subject to the approval of shareholders at the next General Meeting.
