Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 The Board noted that the Company had approved the issuance of up to 1050 (One Thousand Fifty) Secured Unlisted Unrated Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures having a face value of ?1000000 (Rupees Ten Lakh only) each aggregating to ?1050000000 (Rupees One Hundred Five Crore only) to be issued on a private placement basis. The Board further noted that the Company has received subscription money aggregating to ?550000000 (Rupees Fifty-Five Crore only) towards the First Tranche of the proposed issue of Secured NCD.

The Board approved the allotment of Secured Unlisted Unrated Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis.
