To voluntarily adopt IND AS for the preparation of financial statements from the financial year 2026-27 onwards. 2. To consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June 2026 prepared in accordance with IND AS along with the Auditors Limited Review Report. 3. To Approve the Annual Report for Financial Year 2025-26 and Draft Notice for Calling of 9th Annual General Meeting. 4. To Appoint M/s CZ & Associates LLP as Scrutinizer for the ensuing Annual General Meeting to conduct eVoting. 5. To appoint a director in place of Mr. Nileshkumar Purushottam Chavhan (DIN: 07936897) who retires by rotation at the upcoming Annual General Meeting and being eligible offers himself for re-appointment.
