Mish Designs Ltd Share Price

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday July 28 2026 has approved the Allotment of 263160 (Two Lakh Sixty-Three Thousand One Hundred and Sixty Only) Equity Shares and 245615 (Two Lakh Forty-Five Thousand Six Hundred and Fifteen Only) warrants convertible into Equity at issue price of Rs. 57/- (Rupees Fifty-Seven Only) which consists of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) as face value and Rs. 47/- (Rupees Forty-Seven only) as premium per Equity Share and Warrant as determined by the Board in accordance with the pricing guidelines prescribed under Regulation 164 of the ICDR Regulations and applicable law to the Allottees on preferential basis.
