We wish to inform you that the members of the Company at its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Monday 28th September 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) read with Scrutinizers Report dated 29.09.2026 furnishing the voting Results has: 1) Approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Sandeep Kaur Ahluwalia (DIN: 01355454) as Whole Time Director (WTD) of the Company for a further period of three (3) years w.e.f. 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2029. 2) Approved the re-appointment of Mr. Roopinder Singh (DIN: 01239483) Chairman of the Company as a Whole Time Director (WTD) to be designated as Chairman cum Executive Director of the Company for a further period of three (3) years w.e.f. 01.07.2026 to 30.06.2029.

Pursuant to provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/55 dated 21.04.2025 regarding extension of automated implementation of Trading Window closure to Immediate Relatives of the Designated Persons please note that the trading window shall remain closed for Designated Persons (including their Immediate Relatives) from 01.10.2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter and Half year ending on 30.09.2026.
