This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12th August 2026 inter-alia has transacted the following business: 1) Approval of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June 2026. 2) Re-appointment of Mrs. Sandeep Kaur Ahluwalia (DIN: 01355454) as Whole Time Director (WTD) of the Company for further period of 3 years w.e.f. 01.10.2026. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular dated November 11 2024 and SEBI Circular dated December 31 2024 are enclosed herewith as Annexure - I 3) Approved the Notice convening the 39th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Notice of the 39th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company including other related information as required pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 will be published and accordingly intimated to the Exchange(s).

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12th August 2026 subject to approval of members of the Company considered and approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Sandeep Kaur Ahluwalia (DIN: 01355454) as Whole Time Director of the Company for a further period of 3 years w.e.f. 01.10.2026.
