Statement of Impact (for audit report with modified opinion) for Standalone & Consolidated Results as required under Regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 3. Appointment of Ashok P Patel & Co Chartered Accountants Ahmedabad as the Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2026-27 as per the provisions of Companies Act 2013.
