We wish to inform that the U.S. Department of Commerce has issued preliminary Results in the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain quartz surface products from India for the period June 01 2024 to May 31 2025. Pokarna Engineered Stone Limited (PESL) a wholly material subsidiary of the Company was selected as a mandatory respondent for the individual examination. Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined PESLs antidumping duty for the said period to be 0%. This results are preliminary and are expected to be finalized by March 2027.
