In continuation of our intimation dated August 5 2026 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 13 2026 which commenced at 12:30 p.m. and concluded at 04:25 p.m. inter alia considered and approved the following: a) The Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2026 as recommended by the Audit Committee; b) Convening the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company on Friday September 25 2026 through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).

This is in continuation to our earlier letter today dated August 13 2026 wherein the Consolidated and Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2026 have been filed with the stock exchange. In this regard please find attached herewith the Media Release on the captioned subject. The said media release will also be uploaded on the Companys website at www.dizcoverpraveg.com.

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 13 2026 considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2026 as recommended by the Audit Committee. Pursuant to Regulation 33 and other applicable regulations of the Listing Regulations we enclose the unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter ended June 30 2026 along with the Limited Review Reports issued by the Statutory Auditors thereon are enclosed herewith.
