The Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held today i.e. 18.02.2026 has considered and approved the following: 1. Allotment of 4145126 Bonus Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the existing Shareholders of the Company in the proportion of 1 fully paid up Bonus Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for every 2 existing Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- to the eligible Members whose names appeared in the Register of Members maintained by Registrar and Transfer Agent / Register of beneficial ownership as received from NSDL / CDSL (Depositories) as on Record Date i.e. February 17 2026. Therefore now the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 82902520/- divided into 8290252 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 124353780/- divided into 12435378 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each. The meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 11.00 A.M. and closed at around 12:30 P.M.

Allotment of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:2.
