In continuation of our letter dated May 22 2026 this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. May 28 2026 commenced at 3.00 p.m. and concluded at 5.10 p.m. has approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31 2026 pursuant to Regulation 33 and Regulation 52 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended. Further pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) and Regulation 52(3)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time a copy of the declaration stating that M/s. R Kothari & Co. LLP Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued the Audit Reports with modified opinion on Annual (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31 2026 is enclosed as Annexure I.
