The Board of Directors of the company in the meeting held today have approved the appointment of Kashyap .R. Mehta & Partners Companies Secretaries Ahmedabad as Secretarial Auditors of the company due to casual vacancy caused due to Resignation of Secretarial Auditors.

Results- Financial Results for 31st march 2026

the Board of Directors in their meeting held today has inter alia considered and approved the Standalone Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year 2025-26 ended on 31st March 2026. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we are enclosing herewith Statement of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2026 Auditors Report on the Audited Financial Results Declaration to the effect that there is Unmodified Opinion with respect to Audited Financial Results for the year ended on 31st March 2026.The Board in their meeting held today also considered and approved the appointment of Secretarial Auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy caused due to the resignation of M/s. Nishant Pandya & Associates Practising Company Secretaries for conducting the Secretarial Audit of the Company for the financial year 2025-26 who shall hold office up to the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
