In continuation of our letter dated August 06 2026 and pursuant to Regulation 33 and 30 read with schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors was held on Thursday August 13 2026 and inter-alia the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended on June 30 2026 were approved based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and the Independent Auditors Limited Review Report on the same was taken on record. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 02:00 p.m. and concluded at 03:40 p.m. The closure of trading window will end 48 hours after the results are made public on August 13 2026.
