Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations we wish to inform you that Trinity League India Limited is currently in the process of negotiating terms and conditions with NACOF (National Cooparative Fedaration of India Ltd.) for entering into a potential arrangement. The proposed engagement if finalized would involve providing various agri-tech solutions. The dicussions are presently at a preliminary stage and no binding agreement has been executed as of date. The Company will make appropriate disclosure in accordance with th applicable regulation upon finalization of any definite agreement. At this stage the exact financial impact of the proposed arrangement cannot be ascertained.
