Pursuant to Regulation 30 and any other applicable regulations if any of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board has approved the appointment of M/s. HRU & Associates Practising Company Secretary as the Secretarial Auditor for conducting the Secretarial Audit of the Company and to hold the office for the term of 5 (Five) consecutive years effective from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31 based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing AGM.
