The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30 2026 are enclosed herewith as Annexure A. The above information is also being made available on the Companys website at www.wardwizard.in. The meeting of Board of Directors was commenced at 07:00 PM (IST) & concluded at 07:30 PM (IST).
