In terms of Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) we would like to inform all our stakeholders that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. August 13 2026 has inter-alia considered and approved the following: Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the 1st Quarter ended June 30 2026 of the Financial Year 2026-27 both on Standalone and Consolidated basis (Financial Results) in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee in its meeting held today. The copies of the aforesaid Financial Results along with the Limited Review Reports thereon issued by M/s SGN & CO. Chartered Accountants Statutory Auditors of the Company are enclosed herewith.

In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations we wish to inform you that the term of M/s. SGN & Co Chartered Accountants existing Statutory Auditors of the Company shall expire upon the conclusion of the ensuing 41st Annual General Meeting (41st AGM) of the Company. In view of the above based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on Thursday August 13 2026 considered and recommended the Appointment of M/s Khandelwal Jain & Co. Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 105049W) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of 5 (Five) consecutive years commencing from the conclusion of the 41st AGM until the conclusion of 46th AGM of the Company to be held in the year 2031 subject to approval of members at the ensuing 41st AGM.

This is in continuation to our earlier intimation dated August 06 2026 with respect to the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled on August 13 2026.
